Giving Thanks Unto the Lord for He is Good!
I would like to take a moment and CONGRATULATE my husband on becoming the Pastor of Harvey Avenue Baptist Church. As your wife, I am so very proud of you and blessed beyond measures to have you as my husband and now my PASTOR. There are not enough words that can express, nor enough actions that can be shown to prove my love for you.
You are truly a man after God’s own heart. I Give Thanks to the Lord for not only having you as my spiritual leader, but as a wonderful husband, father and provider. God has taken you through a lot over the years, some good and some not so good! All for you to carry out the purpose and plan that He has for your life.
I want you to know that as your wife I will stand beside you and support you along with the members of Harvey Avenue Baptist Church.
God has a GREAT work for you to carry out within this Ministry. You have a heart of compassion and the way you have always sacrificed self to help others is second to none. I have watched you tear down racial barriers and prove that we are all children of God and His Word is true no matter what! I have watched you help lead people to God. I am excited for your future. You are truly a man SENT by God.
Remember, remain encouraged knowing that through CHRIST, all things are possible. Continue to give Him all the Glory, Honor and Praise and you WATCH God!
